Refund and Returns Policy

PaLo Kids refund and/or returns policy must occur within a 30 day window of purchasing your PaLo Dome. Unfortunately, once the 30 days have passed following your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund and/or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be mailed to us in its original packaging.

PaLo Kids non-returnable items include:

Gift cards and any purchase outside of the 30 day window. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be issued your potential refund after reviewing and receiving your order in our warehouse. Someone from our team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with the email you’ve provided after inspecting your product and ensuring your notations on why you’re returning your order is approved. Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping fees to return your PaLo Dome. 
If and when you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (a lot of this depends on your bank or card you used to purchase and their specific refund timeline).


Late or missing refunds after 2 weeks of hearing from our team and still not seeing the refund in your account: 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Typically they will be able to tell you whether it’s in process or not. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PaLo Kids Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon being delivered to you. If this is the case and you need to exchange it for a new PaLo Dome, please send us an email at info@palokids.com and send your return to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please note: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
